Adult Multi-Week Courses
Our multi-week ceramic courses offer a structured path to develop technical skills while nurturing creative expression. Beginner courses guide students through the full ceramic process, from wedging and wheel throwing to handbuilding, trimming, and glazing, helping to establish strong foundational skills.
Intermediate and advanced courses build on these foundations, introducing more complex techniques, exploring new forms, and providing opportunities to refine style and expand creative practice. Students of all levels gain hands-on experience and individualized guidance to grow both their skills and artistic confidence.
Course Details
Duration: 6-8 weeks
Cost: $489-$640
Weekly Class Time: 2.5 hours
Class Size: Maximum of 8 students
What’s Included: 25 lb of clay, unlimited reclaim clay, access to Open Studio for extra practice and support from onsite staff
Clay: White, buff and grey stoneware, porcelain, red and other clay bodies available for purchase
Glaze: 12+ studio glazes, slips, oxides, and washes
Studio Equipment: Skutt and Bailey kilns, BTH wheels, slab roller, extruder, and community tools
Firing: Cone 6 electric. Available at $0.07 per cubic inch for both bisque and glaze.
